After four unforgettable years at Sparkman Wharf, we regret to inform that we are closing our doors. We were faced with an unanticipated legal battle with our landlord, and after fizzled negotiations, it became apparent that there was not a viable path forward for us in this space.

This was not an easy decision. But, ultimately, we were acutely aware that the leverage scale was not sitting in our favor.

The Battery was built on hospitality, craft, and connection—and we are endlessly grateful to every guest who joined us for a pour, a meal, a celebration, or a late-night conversation at the bar.

While this chapter is coming to a close, we’re incredibly proud of what we created here and of the memories that we shared with this community.
